3. Video Sessions

Live video sessions may be recorded only with your explicit consent. Recordings are stored securely and used solely for educational review purposes. You may request deletion of any recording at any time.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers (payment processors, video conferencing tools) strictly to deliver our services. All partners are bound by confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request account deletion by emailing contact@skillovexlearning.com.

Terms of Service

By accessing or using Skillovex Learning, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Skillovex Learning provides online tutoring services including private lessons, group tutoring, and video sessions in English, Math, Coding, SAT/IELTS preparation, and Business Skills. Sessions are delivered via our integrated booking and video platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Sessions must be booked through our platform at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive a confirmation email with your session link. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in session forfeiture without refund.

4. Tutor Conduct

All Skillovex tutors are vetted professionals. We reserve the right to reassign tutors when necessary. If you are unsatisfied with a session, contact us within 48 hours for resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, lesson plans, and platform content are the intellectual property of Skillovex Learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to record sessions without consent, share login credentials, harass tutors or other students, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Skillovex Learning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.

8. Changes to Terms

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Skillovex Learning experience. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

1. Cancellation by Student

More than 24 hours before session: Full refund or credit to your account.
12–24 hours before session: 50% refund or full session credit.
Less than 12 hours before session: No refund. Session credit may be issued at our discretion.

2. Cancellation by Tutor or Platform

If a session is cancelled by your tutor or due to a technical issue on our end, you will receive a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled session — your choice.

3. Session Packages

Unused sessions in a purchased package are refundable within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unused sessions may be credited but not refunded.

4. No-Show Policy

Students who do not attend a session without prior cancellation forfeit that session. No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your first session for any reason, contact us within 48 hours and we will offer a free replacement session or a full refund — no questions asked.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@skillovexlearning.com with your booking ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
